We supply to varied segments of businesses including HSE clinics, private clinics, GP surgeries, clinics, pharmacies, nursing homes, care homes and healthcare professionals across Ireland.

Delivery Costs
Republic of Ireland
All deliveries to Republic of Ireland are free on orders over €89.00.
Orders under €89.00 have a delivery charge of €7.99.
Rest of the World
Delivery costs begin from €16.00 per item and are dependent upon location and order size.
Custom & Import Duties
Custom and import duties are not included in the cost of the product. All such charges, including custom clearance costs, are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days.
Please allow up to 5 working days for receipt of your order after dispatch.
International orders can sometimes take up to 2–3 weeks depending on the destination.
We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances or events outside our control.

Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Your health, safety, and satisfaction are extremely important to us.
Because most of our medical-grade products are sterile and designed for personal use and must meet strict regulatory and safety standards, we are only able to accept returns for items that have not been opened, used, or tampered with. The product must be in its original sealed box or pack and not opened.
Many times, if the product or item is ordered for a specific requirement, we are unable to accept return.
We reserve the right to charge restocking fees where we deem necessary.
We reserve the right to refuse return if the above standards are not met.
Customers are required to return their product to our trading address at their own expense. We strongly recommend using tracked and signed-for delivery to avoid items missing in transit.
Eligible Returns
We are happy to accept a return if:
- The product is completely unopened, with the seal and packaging intact.
- The product has never been used or tested.
- The return is made within our standard return window of 28 days.
Not Eligible for Return
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:
- Opened packages.
- Used items.
- Products where hygiene seals or sterile packaging have been broken.
- Products that are ordered specially for your order.
